We currently have 2 artists in our team! Trixiellis is our main artist and Patreon artist. BearyFunfetti is our main crafter and newest artist. We are currently based out of Central Florida but began in South Florida originally.

Trixiellis is a Cuban queer artist who grew up in Miami and has been inspired by kawaii culture for most of their life. Art had been a huge passion throughout their childhood and they wished to make a future out of their characters and designs.

BearyFunfetti is a Colombian queer artist originally from New York. Having been inspired by Japanese fashion from a young age, they now make one of a kind unique accessories and has more recently started creating simple yet cute art.
MOSHI MELON started back in 2014 and has evolved into the pastel brand of our dreams! We have been to over 60 conventions and look forward to many more! We hope to expand in the coming years to attend more fashion based events. Feel free to check out our Events page or Instagram for future conventions!
Currently, you can only purchase our items through Kei Collective, moshimelon.com, and any events we attend (please see our event page or Instagram for latest updates). If you see our merchandise at any other booth or website, please let us know at hello@moshimelon.com as they are unauthorized distributors.

All patreon pins are shipped to patrons first as they have priority. Any remaining stock will be available on our patreon exclusive store, at conventions, and during our Pin Vault sales throughout the year. The only way to secure a patreon pin design is to subscribe to our PATREON.

For all other items, we try to have them at all events as long as the item is in stock (unless otherwise stated).
We try to restock as often as we can, more often during heavy convention seasons. For more popular items, we also offer pre-orders which help restock those items quicker. If there is anything in particular you are interested in, please send us an email at hello@moshimelon.com.
Our shirts range from sizes Small-3XL UNISEX. For size reference please refer to our sizing chart.

Please visit our Kickstarter profile or, if you’re a Backer, our Kickstarter emails for the latest updates.
We currently only sell our B-GRADE pins at conventions. B-GRADE pins are pins with minor manufacturer imperfections usually sold at a discounted price.

Please refer to our grading pin page for further information.
Please see our policies page for all information regarding canceling, refunds, and returns.
We currently ship to all 50 states, as well as most international countries (excluding the UK). Shipping costs are calculated via USPS. You will receive tracking for all orders unless stated otherwise. We do not control and cannot modify shipping costs. We are not responsible for any customs or holding fees. Please see our policies page for more information.
We ship twice a week for all non-preorder items. Please refer to the pre-order listing to know when those items will ship. If you need an item before a certain date, please message us at hello@moshimelon.com to see what we can do.
Please make sure you read the listing page for all information regarding shipping dates. Pre-order dates are estimated based on manufacturing time frames. Some delays might occur that are out of our control, especially during these pandemic times. If you have any questions or concerns, please message us at hello@moshimelon.com
We can only change the address if the label has not been printed yet. If the label has been printed, customer can contact USPS for mail forwarding to a new address or repay the shipping fee.
Currently, we try our best to avoid any delays caused by the pandemic. However, it has affected our manufacturing times, especially with our Patreon pins. We ask for extra patience during these difficult times and know you can always reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We are also always looking for alternatives in order to avoid as many issues as possible but some things are out of our control.
