Order Processing Time
Regular processing time takes about 3-7 business days.
Processing time during conventions ranges from 1-3 weeks depending on schedule.
Processing time for pre-orders typically ranges from 1-3 months.
(Any changes to these processing times will be displayed at the bottom of the site pages)
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Domestic orders can take upwards to 5 days to ship.
International orders can take longer depending on distance and customs holding.
We are not responsible for any customs or holding fees.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Please let us know with time so that we can properly refund you.
You can email us with your cancel request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your item has shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.
In the event your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Customers will be responsible for all costs including shipping to customers.

We can only change the address if the label has not been printed yet.
If the label has been printed, customers can contact USPS for mail forwarding to a new address or repay the shipping fee.
Return to Sender
All orders are shipped out with tracking information provided via email.
Customer is responsible for tracking updates and must inform us if an order is being returned.
Returned orders can be reshipped at the cost of the customer, or refunded minus original shipping cost & restocking fee.
Combining Multiple Orders
If a customer would like to combine orders, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order numbers before a label has been printed. Patreon reward orders and regular shop orders cannot be combined.
During high traffic sales, orders cannot be combined.
Order Damaged or Incorrect
If an item from your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detailed information (photos encouraged!) as well as your name and order number within 3 days of delivery.
Customer will not be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost Order – Stuck in Transit
If order tracking has not updated or is stuck in transit, please wait 4 weeks before contacting us as orders can get stuck. Customers can also attempt to contact local USPS using the tracking number provided in their email.
For international customers, orders can sometimes take up to 3 months to arrive.
Lost Order – Marked as Delivered
If an order has been marked as delivered but the customer did not receive the order, the customer must contact their local USPS office with their tracking information.
Customer can file a missing mail search request directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
Our shop is not responsible for any customs, fees, VAT, taxes, or import duties associated with outgoing orders. The recipient of the package is responsible for paying any charges incurred upon arrival. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Forgot to Apply Discount Code
Discount codes cannot be applied to an order once it has already been placed.
